Job Requirements:

Responsibilities
•    Identification  and appraisal  of   potential  and existing  Microfinance  partiners  for loans  as  per  SMF  EA  Ltd’s  eligibility  criteria
•    Market and  promote  the activities  of  SMF  EA Ltd  in the  region .
•    Monitoring  onsite and  offsite the performance  of the  Microfinance partiners to ensure  that  they  operate  according  to microfinance  sound  practices .
•    Assist in  training  of Microfinance  partiners in areas  where they  need to improve  on their   performance .

Requirements
•    A  good University  degree  in  business, economics  finance  and microfinance  from a recognized  University .
•    Postgraduate  qualifications  in the above  fields  is  an advantage .
•    Must demonstrate  knowledge , skills and experience  in managing microfinance  field occupations and capacity  building  programs  at a senior  level  in a credible microfinance  institution .
•    The Investment Officer  should  be  conversant   and ready to use  various  analytical tools  to measure , evaluate  and interprete  institutional performance  at all levels .
