Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic Assistant Jobs at Nile Breweries in Uganda
Job Title: Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic Assistant – Contract Night Shift Position 2 Posts
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to;
• Perform preventive maintenance based on predetermined service schedules
• Perform fault finding and diagnostic test of engines, transmission and drive trains
• Perform installation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of defective components of truck
• Attending to vehicle breakdowns
• Maintain shop tools and equipment in good, safe and clean working order and report deficiencies
Personnel Specifications
• Preferably a Diploma in Automative Mechanical Engineering or Related Field
• Must be currently employed as Truck Mechanic with minimum of three years’ work experience in trucks
• Must have prior work experience on MAN. Nissan, and Mercedes Benz trucks
• Must have excellent problem solving, diagnostic and fault finding skills
• Must be able to work within a team.
