About this Job:
Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC) formerly known as Entebbe Zoo is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage seeking to recruit competent candidates for the following vacancies for a contract period of three years (renewable).

 Head waiter/ Bar man: (1)
Reports to: Executive Chef/ Supervisor

Requirement:
Qualifications: 0′ Level certificate, certificate in basic food and beverage service from a recognized institution, at least 3 years experience in similar position.
Competencies and skills required:
• Ability to Help and support the Ex-chef in carrying out his/her responsibilities but also specifically responsible for beverage stocks and sales.
• Proficiency in achieving beverage sales targets as agreed with management.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef/ Supervisor.
