STORES SUPERVISORS
Will be responsible for the Workshop Store and manage the computerized workshop management system. Responsibilities include purchase requisitions; stock level maintenance and governance of ail assets in the store.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Degree/Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies will be an advantage.
• Proven practical knowledge of Workshop operations
• Computer literate and able to manipulate data in MS Office.
• 3 years relevant experience in the operation of stores
• Good analytical skills and ability to use data to effectively manage the store
• Demonstrated experience in the management of teams in an environment with a zero tolerance

Job Title: Tracking & Transport Assistants

Job Description

The Tracking & Transport assistants will be responsible for the proactive planning, tracking and monitoring of the fleet to ensure that delivery schedules are met. This will include having consistent contact with the drivers, enhancing road safety and enhancing security by rapidly detecting abnormal behavior. They will analyse fleet movement, use GPS reports to track transits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a business related field (Logistics & transport) will be an advantage
Sound knowledge of all import & export processes and relevant documentation & legislation
Excellent negotiation ability and customer service orientation Proven ability to utilize multiple computerized tracking tools and GPS systems, ability to generate reports 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role in transport management would be preferred
Knowledge of relevant transport and labour regulations and the implementation thereof in the planning process

Job Description



The HGV drivers will be responsible for the operation and basic maintenance of the Company fleet in order to provide an end to end delivery service. Drivers will be required to observe all HSE requirements, protect company assets, complete all documentation and have the ability to do regular maintenance and.emergency breakdown service.
Qualifications & Skills:
• At least “0″ Level School certificates with sound literaeyjevels
• At least 4 years relevant experience with a good track ‘record and references in a similar position
• Preferably experience in tankers and long haulage from a reputable company
• Knowledge of pre-journey inspection processes
• Must possess a Valid Heavy Goods Vehicles Driving Permit with no endorsements
• A Certificate of Good Conduct will be required
• Previous exposure to Defensive Driving courses / techniques will be an added advantage
