Job Description:
Arua District Local Government is seeking to employ suitable applicants to fill the vacant post above .
Job Requirements:
Reports to : District Health Officer
Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution or Bachelors of Public Health Nursing
• Double Trained Nurse/Midwife.
• Diploma in Health Services Management or related management from recognized Institution
• Must be registered with Uganda Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Should have a working experience of at least six years as Health worker , three of which should be in a management position.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant posts that exist in Arua District Local Government and Arua Municipal Council as listed below .
Applications should be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission form No. 3(2008) to the Secretary, District Service Commission , P. O. Box 1, Arua,
The application forms can be obtained from the offices of Secretaries of District Service Commission’s or Public Service Commission , Farmers House , Parliament venue-Kampala.
Applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number as indicated and telephone contact. Applicants should attach photocopies of all required documents and passport size photograph to each form. Handwritten applications with the required attachments are acceptable . Serving officers should route their applications through their heads of Department who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
