Job Requirements:

Key Result Areas
•    Under the  Supervision  of Procurement  Specialist , ensure that  the  procurement  and selection  of Consultants  guidelines  of  World  Bank  are  observed  and adhered to  at  all  stages  of  procurement  process .
•    Under the supervision  of Procurement  Specialist , the  Procurement  Assistant will  manage  issue , and receipt  of bids  and proposals .
•    Assist  Procurement  Specialist to verify  that  Procurement  requests  are in accordance  to the  approved Procurement  Plan .
•    Assist the  procurement  specialist  to prepare and update  the procurement/Contact   Register
Qualifications
•    A University  degree in Procurement , Business Administration, Economics , Civil/Water  Resources  Engineering  or other  related  courses , A postgradaute  qualification will be   an  added advantage .
•    At least  5 years  of relevant  professional  experience  working in a  busy  environment  and at least  2 years  working  with  World  Bank  funded projects
•    Good  oral  and written  communication skills  .  Should be fluent  in English.
•    Proven  integrity  in handling  public resources  and in  executing  duties

Responsibilities
