Job Title:  Legal  Clerk
Uganda Electricity Transmission Company limited  is recruiting  suitable  applicants  for the vacant  post above .
Key  Result  Areas
•    Manage the  Legal  Section ‘s  filling  requirements
•    Maintain and update the  register  of all cases  handled  by the Company’s  external  lawyers
•    Maintain a register  of all the Company ‘s  contracts , contractual documents  and  licenses
•    Maintain and update  the Certificate  of  Titles register for the  Company’s  Property
•    Update and  manage  the Legal  Sections  library
The Person
•    Diploma  in Law  from the Law Development Centre
•    At least  three  UACE  Principal  passes
•    A  minimum  of ten  years  experience  working  as a  Law Clerk in a  busy  law firm
•    Must have been  an  approved  process  server for at least  seven years
•    Demonstrate knowledge  of the  processes involved in approval  of chambers  and renewal of  Advocates Practicing  Certificate

Job Title:  Principal  Budget and  Financial  Officer
Uganda  Electricity  Transmission  Company  limited  is recruiting  suitable  applicants  for the vacant  post above .
Key  Result  Areas
•    Prepare and  coordinate  budget guidelines  , leads  the  multiyear budget  making  process ,  budgetary  control  activities  and measures  including  budget variance analyses  across  the  company .
•    Coordinate  the preparation  of monthly  , quarterly  and annual  management  accounts  and present  budgetary  control data  to Management .
•    Review   the  profitability of the Company’s  business activities , projects  and products  and advice  the  Manager,  Finance  , Accounts  and  Sales  and  the  MD/CEO.
•    Analyze  revenue  and expenditure  trends  and  recommend  appropriate budget  levels  and  ensure  expenditure  control  as  appropriate .
The Person
•    Must be  holder  of a Bachelors degree  in either  B.Com  or  BSc  or  BA  in  Accounting  or Finance  from a  recognized  University .
•    Must be  a holder  pf professional  qualifications  such as  CPA  (U), ACCA,  CIMA etc.
•    Must have  experience  of at least  five  years  in accounting  /financial  management  with a bias  of financial  planning  , treasury  management  and Final  Accounts  in a  reputable  corporate organization .
•    Must have  working  knowledge  of the  Sun  Accounting  packages
•    Must demonstrate  a  background of  personal  and  strategic  leadership.

Job Title: Principal Internal Auditor
Busitema University  is   recruiting  suitable  applicants  for the vacant post  above .

Qualifications
•    A Masters degree  in Accounting  and Finance  , Business  Administration  (Accounting  option) with full  Professional  qualification in Accountancy  like  ACCA, CPA  or  equivalent  professional  qualification  in Accountancy obtained from a  recognized  awarding  institution  recognized  by  ICPAU.
•    Computer knowledge of standard  desktop applications  is  a  requirement .
•    Knowledge  of  computerized  accounting  package  and membership to the  Institute  of  Internal  Auditors –Uganda  is added  advantage .
Experience
•    Working experience of at least  five years  in the  relevant area  three of which  should  be in  Audit  supervision  in a large  organization .
