Job Requirements:

Duties
•    Strengthen  the capacity  of  FBOs  in  organizational  management  and leadership
•    Engage  FBOs  in  developing  viable  agro-based  businesses
•    Develop  organizational  training  modules
•    Develop  commodity  training  modules
•    Develop  commodity business plans

Requirements
•    B.Sc  in Agricultural  Extention  , Agriculture  Economics , Agribusiness, Rural  Development , Coorperative  Management  or  related  fields and  at least  5 years  of demonstrated  experience  in  farmers  organizations and  management
•    Very  good  oral  , analytical , writing and presentational  skills ,; Computer  literacy  is a  MUST
•    Proven ability  to work  in mult-disciplinary  and mult-stakeholder  working  environments
•    A masters  degree in a relevant field  will be an  added advantage

Responsibilities
•    Identification  and appraisal  of   potential  and existing  Microfinance  partiners  for loans  as  per  SMF  EA  Ltd’s  eligibility  criteria

•    Monitoring  onsite and  offsite the performance  of the  Microfinance partiners to ensure  that  they  operate  according  to microfinance  sound  practices .

Requirements
