Job Title: INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Job Description


Century Bottling Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca Cola Products in Uganda.
As Instrumentation Engineer you will report directly to the Country Engineering Manager.
You shall be responsible for:
Performing planned equipment preventative maintenance and provide process Instrumentation & Control support.
Ensuring that failures/ problems/ deviations are investigated and root causes identified, verified and corrective
action taken according to procedures.
Maintaining Health & Safety standards as per The Coca-Cola Management System procedures.
Documenting work orders and ensuring that root cause analyses are recorded and documented.
Keep abreast of all relevant latest technology developments and equipment upgrades as well as managing equipment
upgrades to latest technology.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation/Instrumentation or Electronics/ Electrical related field
At least 3years maintenance experience, working knowledge of Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition
System (SCADA) is an added advantage.
Able to understand the various practical aspects of maintenance work flow, and maintenance documentation.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in Ms Office.
.High degree of integrity, honesty, flexibility.

Mobilization Volunteers(2)

Under the supervision of the mobilization officer, will participate in the planning, designing and implementation of the project’s mobilization strategy

Education and Experience:

Diploma or Certificate in any field
Two years working experience
Experience of working in a medical setting and some understanding of HIV/AIDS is also an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out Register clients who come for circumcision
participate in the cleaning, disinfecting and packing of surgical instruments
Transport surgical kits too and from the Sterilization site.
Completes other duties as directed by nursing officer
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

Good communication skills
Ability for team work
Ability to communicate with clients in local language is added advantage Good communication skills

Job Title: LUBRICANTS & LPG SALES MANAGER

Shell Uganda is looking to recruit suitably qualified and talented Ugandan in the position of LUBRICANTS & LPG SALES MANAGER

The position is a Senior Sales Management Position in Shell Uganda reporting to the East Africa
Cluster Lubricants & LPG Manager. The individual will be responsible for the management of
Lubricants and LPG businesses as Speciality products, and will take overall responsibility for
delivering results in this area.

Key Performance areas for the role:
• To ensure delivery of set business goals and drive growth in size and profitability of these businesses through implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Drive implementation and effective management of Channel development programmes both for LPG & Lubricants.
• Lead and Coach Sales team of about 5 professionals to ensure proper Customer Relationship Management and provide direct Sales support
• Identify and support development of new sales avenues for growth of lubricants & LPG business
• Responsible for the overall Lubricant market analysis (size, trend and channel) and Implement Shell Global lubricants Sales & Marketing initiatives.


Minimum requirements/competencies

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Marketing with at least 3 years working experience.
• Proven sales experience & track record in developing/implementing Sales & Marketing initiatives
• Methodical Approach, Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of Lubricants or Sales experience in Oil Industry will be an added advantage
• Should be below 35years of Age
