Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Uganda Clays Ltd is one of major manufacturers and suppliers of clay baked building products in the Eastern and Central Africa region . It has two factories one at Kajjansi and another at Kamonkoli. Applications are invited from suitably qualified competent and dynamic individuals for the above post.
Specifications
• To receive and record purchase requisitions
• To record invoices and passing them for payment.
• Processing and following orders for purchases .
• Getting quotations for the various Company requirements .
• Filling documents and maintaining proper record of purchases.
Person Specifications
• A degree in Procurement Management , or supplies and chain management or in a related course.
• Should be having a working experience of three years in a busy small to medium sized manufacturing /trading/construction/Service Company.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft word , Excel and an accounting package.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician Assistant
Uganda Clays Ltd is one of major manufacturers and suppliers of clay baked building products in the Eastern and Central Africa region . It has two factories one at Kajjansi and another at Kamonkoli. Specifications
• To prepare laboratory reagents and stains for routine investigations .
• To carry out laboratory tests and submit reports to clinicians .
• To manage and account for allocated resources (reagents and media equipments)
Person Specifications
• A Diploma in medical Laboratory Techniques from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the Allied Health Professional Council.
• Must be having a valid Annual Practicing License
• Working experience of at least two years in a similar position in medium sized clinic or Health Centre 111.

Specifications
• To ensure correct clay mix /kaolin is available for production
• Supervising of product molding .
• Supervising of drying products
• Supervising of baking of clay products.
• Preparation and provision of all data documentation and reports related to the above activities
Person Specifications
• A diploma in industrial ceramics
• Working experience of three years in related field
• Computer literacy in Ms.office word and excel
