Key Result Areas
• Narrative Reports to Donors Coordinate submission of reports to donors for which HQ is the primary contact .
• Ensure alignment between donor requirements and the reports .
• Consult approximately with relevant stakeholders and staff to manage the report writing work flow .
• Write , review and edit the reports as necessary .
• Ensure review by his/her Technical Advisor as well as Country manager before submitting to the donor .
• Conduct analysis of data to support program delivery in the country

Skills
• Knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting and Auditing Principals and laws , rules and regulations related to accounting .

• Superb attention to detail with strong analytical and result-oriented skills
Education
• A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting , Business Administration , or its equivalent in related fields or completed professional qualification in ACCA, CPA, CIMA.
• Computer literate with hands-on experience in use of accounting packages, especially QuickBooks.
• 5 + years of experience in Finance on a US government funded project required

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
•    An  Honors  Bachelors  Degree  in Human  Resource Management ; or
•    Social  Science or Arts  or Commerce  or Business Administration with a recognized bias in HR field  such as  HRD or  HRM  or Organizational  Development  Studies ;
•    No  work experience  in the  HRM   fields  is required , but may  count as an added advantage  .
