• Advanced degree in health , population , demography , social sciences or related field .
• Clinical background in SRH health and family planning
• Minimum of 8 years experience in management or sexual and reproductive health/family planning or development programs for key populations or MARPS
• Technical experience in reproductive training in Africa , preferably in Eastern Africa at both basic and advance level
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of SPRHR service delivery integration in general and in Africa in particular .
• Ability to develop , manage , and administer comprehensive programs
• Excellent communication , interpersonal , facilitation skills facilitation skills and experience in the use of participatory methodologies
• Skills and experience in managing staff and working with teams
• Understanding of health programming and issues of accountability to beneficiaries and stakeholders .
