Job Title: Country Manager Uganda

Reporting to: General manager ,sales, and marketing

Key duties to include the following

• Manage sales operations
• Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans for achievements
• Set clear and measurable trade promotions

Minimum requirements

• At least five years of experience in selling FMCG
• Sales management skills
• Aggressive and result oriented
• Prepared to travel and work long hours
• Should have a bachelors in business administration with bias in marketing
