Reports to: Head of Medical Records
Job Summary: Successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out proper entry of data into client files and computer and keep the files properly to facilitate easy retrieval when required and proper security
Job Requirements: Diploma in Library and Information Science or Records management with 3 years’ experience of Records management. He/she must have demonstrable knowledge in records management, storage and retrieval
For all positions above, other qualities are: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in various MS office packages and working knowledge of English and local language(s) are crucial. Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Must be flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure; and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay International. Evidence of a non-judgemental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
