Position: Deputy General Manager/Senior Sales Manager
Location: Kampala – Uganda
Job Profile:
Provide leadership in planning and translating the sales and marketing strategies for growth in line with the company’s strategic plans /performance targets.Analyse and evaluate sales coverage .market size, competitors’ share and product preferences and spearhead products’ development/sales.
Formulate and execute promotional strategies viz; exhibitions, sales campaigns, etc
Producing, analyzing and maintaining all operational and strategic cost benefit analysis and documentations as may be required by management.
Achieving overall sales performance indicators viz; Targets, Collections, Volumes and Profits.
Establishing and maintaining good customer relations and customer care management systems
Set up and constantly review sales, credit and collection policy.
Promote Project/Export sales.
Requirement:
Person Profile
AGE: Approximately 35yrs, a university graduate and MBA with marketing as a major.
10 years and above of related work experience and passion to excel.
Highly energetic & prepared to travel frequently in and out of country
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
A self starter, good leader, good communicator with sound administrative abilities
Computer literacy essential
