Job Title: Programme Coordinator – Partner Development & Capacity Building
Job Description
WaterAid in Uganda (WAU) is looking for an experienced, dynamic and
innovative person for the post of Programme Coordinator – Partner Development
& Capacity Building.
You will take lead in supporting WAU partners in ensuring efficient and effective
project management focusing on project planning and management,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation and policy review. Being our lead
partner development technical person, you shall represent the values, principles
and philosophy of WaterAid. You will be part of a fast growing team responsible
for enhancing the scale and quality of WaterAid’s programme.
Experience: At least 5 years demonstrated practical working experience in
organisation development processes and approaches, capacity building, carrying
out advocacy and research work in the development field with any reputable
national or international agency.
Education: Minimum Degree in Social Sciences/Development predisposition, an
advanced degree in Project Planning and Management or Sociology with a
strong development bias. Post Graduate training in Organisational development
will be added advantage.
