Job Title: Sales Manager (1) Roke Telkom
Job Description:-
◦Engaging and proposing the development of new marketing propositions
◦Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals and prospects.
◦To recruit, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals.
◦To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.
◦To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of services.
◦Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery.
Prerequisites
◦Excellent sales and negotiation skills
◦Project Management Skills
◦A successful track record of delivering sales in line with targets within a Senior Sales role
◦A hands‐on management style and proven experience of managing and motivating a sales team.
◦Excellent relationship account management skills, communication and ‘people skills’
◦Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
◦Good planning and organizational skills
◦Good IT, budget and report writing skills
◦A minimum 5 years of relevant experience, Telecom or ISP background is an added advantage
◦A valid driving license
Qualification:
◦A Bachelor’s degree
◦A certification in a relevant field
◦A certification in Project Management
