Reports to : Agricultural Officer

Key Activities:
Training farmers in modern productive methods in agriculture and appropriate technologies
Preparing budgets and developing work plans for the agriculture sub-sector
Monitoring, assessing and prioritizing agriculture sub sector activities
Training and guiding subordinates
Organizing agricultural shows
Collecting, analyzing and documenting agricultural data.
Managing demonstration sites.
Key Specification:
a) Diploma in agriculture or in related discipline from a recognized institution Competencies Project management Records and information management Communicating effectively

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant post above that exist in Kaliro District Local Government.
Applicants should fill in application forms in triplicate and attach 3 passport size photographs and all relevant photocopies of certified academic certificates and transcripts.
