Job Description
Reports to: Network Administrator
Reference No: EUL/IT/2012-2
Key Result Areas:
Recording and responding to technical queries and issues from end users through the helpdesk system
Providing first line support to end users in all aspects of IT and telecommunications delivery
ensure timely dispatch/ installation of computer consumables
communicating and ensuring the safe use of IT equipment and systems
Minimum Academic Qualification:
Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
Professional Certification in like MCP is an added advantage
Persons Specifications:
Excellent communication skills
interpersonal skills
Holder of valid driving permit
Minimum Experience:
Experience in a similar help-desk environment
