Job Title: Accountants
• Construction Accounting Experience
• Record receipts and payments
• Keep and manage pretty cash and related expenses
• Reconcile bank statements & statements of expenditure
• Ensure timely posting of all transactions .
• and maintain books of accounts .
• Filling vouchers , bank statements , invoices , statutory requirements including PAYE, VAT, NSSF.
• Prepare monthly reports e.g inventory , WIP, equipment maintenance , etc
• Prepare monthly payroll
• Proper and timely banking of cash and cheques
• Carry out periodic stack –taking.
• Provide accurate information to company auditors
