Age Limit: 28-45 years
Reports to; General Manager Kolping Holdings (U) LTD
Person Specifications:
An honours degree in Business Administration or Management Science or any other related field from a reputable Institution
Two years experience at managerial level in a reputable organization
Well developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills
Business acumen and Entrepreneurial skills
Ability to train and motivate staff
Ability to work for long hours and meet tight deadlines
Indisputable Integrity
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Duties:
1. Assist the General Manager m the management of Kolping Holdings (U) LTD,
2. Provide oversight management leadership to Hoima Kolping Hotel among others.
3. Create, enhance, foster and sustain good public relations with customers and other institutions.
