Job Title Information Technology Assistant
Job specification;
1.To assist with the information Technology Infrastructure, maintainance of equipment involving hardware, software and systems.
2.To diagnose network and system problems as well as react to failures and errors to maintain system integrity and performance
3.To manage internal LAN, IP address allocation and application maintainence including websites.
4.To analyze and maintain an overview of office work and ensure that timely support is provided for general and specialized office equipment . Give technical assistance to users.
Person specification
1.A good degree in information Technology or computer science or a good degree with a professional certificate in MCSE/MCSA (Microsoft certified systems Engineer/Administrator).
2.Should have a professional certificate in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
3.At least two years of working experience in medium size busy organization
4.Able to work on minimum supervision.
