Qualifications
An Honors Bachelors Degree in either Physical Planning ; Regional Planning ;Urbun Planning or any other relevant qualification from a recognized training Institution.
Knowledge of computer software application packages specially Geographical Information Systems (G.I.S.) and Automated Computer Aided Design (AUTOCAD)
Plan towns and trading centres
Guide developers in processing proper Building Plans
Enforce Town and Country Planning Act 1964
Draw the structural land use layout plan
