Organic Agricultural Company is seeking to employ suitable applicants to fill the vacant position above .
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
• Implement /revise the Internal Control System ; improve operations and reduce costs at all levels
• Achieve sustainable grown certification for all project areas and perform regular checks to the facilities
• Organize trainings for buying personnel , field staff , and farmers; monitor their progress (written reports)
• Develop and monitor project financial , human resources requirements , and risk profiles; monitor governance adherence and support and support comprehensive reporting
Experience
• Degree in Agricultural or related field
• 5 years or more experience in that field
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams under difficult situations
• Self-motivated, result oriented , good team player with excellent time management skills
• Involved in Organic certification for previous projects
