Job Requirements:


Qualifications
•    MBChB    or  BDS.
•    A  Master’s  Degree in Public Health  or Health Services  Management  or  its  equivalent  from  a recognized Institution .
Duties
•    Planning , budgeting  and  mobilizing  resources for  medical/curative service delivery   and  infrastructure  in accordance  with mandate  of the  Authority , National Healthy Policy,  and  the  Uganda  National  Minimum  Health  Care  Packages (UNMHCP).
•    Planning  for procuring  medical  supplies  and  support  supervision  to  Health  , facilities  in the  Authority   and enforcing  the  professional  and service  codes  of  conduct  and ethics .
•    Conducting  health   research  and tender advice  on health  related issues  to the  Authority  and other  stakeholders .
Technical Skills
•    Clinical  care  services .
•    Health  information  and  records  management
•    Mentorship.
•    Operational  research .
•    Monitoring  and  evaluation .
