Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Salary: 3.5 – 4 million shillings depending on experience
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will offer leadership to the human resources department.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The applicant should possess an internationally recognized degree in a relevant field with demonstrated knowledge of Uganda labour laws & Employment Act – 2006.
• At least five years experience in senior HR management
• Proven leadership skills
• At least three years managing staff.
• Experience in fast and large scale recruitment
• Good people management skills
• Proven recruitment and selection skills
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality and discretion is a must
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent computer literacy skills i.e. Word processing, Outlook, Internet and spreadsheets to perform assigned tasks
• Ability to lead, manage & implement complex processes to successful conclusion
• Experience in senior management liaising on HR planning and reporting
• Ability to write complex reports, policies and procedures
