Job Title: Field Partnership Coordinator
Reports to : Regional Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Backstopping and guidance to regional and field Staff on several partnerships including organizational assessments , networking partners
Mentor regional staff with skills and knowledge to facilitate the growth and development of strong partnerships within the region
Follow up and report on compliance and effective utilization of the tools and models , guidelines developed to facilitate
In consultation with staff training and enhancement to improve on the knowledge and skills level of staff in initiating and managing partnerships
Develop monthly , quarterly and annual work plans ,budgets and reports and share them with the regional operations managers to reflect the area
Support the development of knowledge of products for the strengthening of world vision Canada and basis of learning , documentation , monitoring and evaluation of promising practices
Knowledge , skills and abilities
Bachelors Degree in Development studies , social sciences ,NGO Management or any other related field
Post Graduate training in capacity building , net working and monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage
Preferably 2 working years working
Preferably a minimum of 2 years working experience in an NGO sector directly facilitating capacity
