Job Title: PRIVATE OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT (OPD) MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR

Job purpose/summary
(a) Ensuring that the Hospital Private OPD is run efficiently and effectively, as a business/ revenue centre, which generates Income above expenditure, with due regard to Customer Care and Quality services that promote customer attraction, retention and client satisfaction.
(b) To ensure consistent and effective support supervision of oper-
ations and staff towards quality and quick service delivery to
Clients.
Requirement:
Minimum qualifications & experience:
(a) Nursing qualification: BSC.N. Dip. Nursing, double trained at
registered level or single registered from a recognized institution,
plus a qualification in Management or Administration: or
Equivalent qualification in other Health work field plus
Management/ Administration qualification.
(b}At least 5 years’ relevant working experience and exposure as a
Health Worker, with administrative/managerial roles, preferably at a
busy private health facility.
(c) Should have good leadership skills including communication and interpersonal skills, Must be assertive with ability to direct, control, coach and develop staff
(d) Must be registered with the Nurses and midwives Council
(e) Age: A mature and well balanced person of at least 30years and above.
