Reports to: Executive Secretary
Main Duties:
Develop and Manage training programmes for women's councils
Provide technical support and guidance to District Women's Council
Develop and establish guidelines for research, planning and data management
Prepare guidelines and proposals for the implementation of council programmes
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in Social Sciences, agricultural sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration and management or a related field from a recognized university
At least two years of relevant working experience especially with programmes/ projects
Required Competencies:
Planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation
Ability to recognize the social, political, economic, familial and cultural contexts that affect women's lives
Documentation and report writing
