Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Duties:
• Performs the traditional duties of a receptionist including: o answering visitor inquiries about the department,
• Directing visitors to appropriate contacts, o sorting mail,
• Answering incoming calls, and o arranging appointments for visitors o welcoming guests
• Answering incoming calls and routing them to officers responsible
Skills and Experience
• A Degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized University.
• Previous experience of working with similar tasks is preferable to work independently and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner
