Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Assists the Sub Program Manager in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, supervising, monitoring and evaluation of all the project activities within the assigned
sector(s);
• Develops strategies to integrate the assigned sector activities into the project, in accordance with the established LWF/DWS program policies, guidelines and procedures;
Minimum Qualifications:
• A University degree in development studies, human rights or related discipline is essential.
• Post-graduate qualification in human rights or project planning & management is desirable
• Computer literacy and proficiency in project planning & management software application
• Certificate in supervisory skills, people management and/or leadership skills is desirable.
Experience:
• At least two (2) years of programme/project management, including networking, fund raising, resource mobilization and utilisation, in a reputable firm, public body or NGO.

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in counseling and/social work (sciences) with a strong bias towards counseling and social work.
2 years experience in psycho-social or post trauma counseling
Other Competencies
Socio-Economic counseling skills Knowledge in Behavioral Change Communication and substance abuse prevention programming
Experience in sexual and gender based violence support counseling
Ability to tolerate cultural, educational and religious diversity in the work place

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• ensure that the vetting process for the competitive grant awarding process complies with agreed standards and guidelines;
• ensure that the quality of official publications, reports and information released by the organisation are of a high standard
Requirements:
• At least Masters Degree in the field of natural sciences or socioeconomics. Possession of a PhD will be an added advantage.
• Broad understanding of the role of agricultural research in agriculture and rural development.
• At least 10 years experience in agricultural research management at a senior level.
• A track record in agricultural research or research in other related fields evidenced by peer reviewed publications
• Evidence of technical knowledge and skills relevant to research quality assurance
• Demonstrated leadership qualities as well as team building and administrative skills

Job Requirements:
Reporting to: Stores Manager
Job Purpose:
The primary duties of the Stores controller is to assist and be a part of the Stores and stock control team in managing stocks processes and the general stores practices. The job holder will play a key role in stock receiving, counting, record keeping, preparation of dispatches, maintaining order and cleanliness, and keeping the general safety of stocks, staff and the facility, in a way that contributes directly to RHSP’s goal and objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• To assist sorting, pre packing and labeling of requested goods before dispatch
• To assist in dispatching goods to their respective users
• To assist in receipt of goods / supplies in to the stores.
• To post daily goods’ transactions both receipts and dispatches on to the Bin cards in real time
• Assist in routine stock taking and daily stock reconciliation
• Will be responsible for categorizing goods/ supplies neatly on to their respective ranks in the store/ware house
• Inspect daily cleanliness and hygiene of the stores
• Daily inspection of drugs in the stores and look for damages spills and expires
• Assist in secondary packaging at the warehouse
• As will be instructed from time to time, among other things, provide periodic performance reports
• Execute all other duties as shall be assigned by Management/supervisor-, adhere to all RHSP policies, procedures and demonstrate high integrity.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, and any other similar qualifications. Should have knowledge of managing pharmaceutical and health products. At least 2 years experience working in stores handling. Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent track record in customer relations management. Should be computer literate with experience in the use of MS Office documents; and skills in stock soft ware (Tally) for data management and reporting. Should be a person of integrity. Excellent communication with good interpersonal skills. Age Limit. 25-44 years.
