JOB PURPOSE:

9. Manage costs within approved budget;
10. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Principal Officer and the rest of the Management team;
11. Co-ordinate and lead the annual audit process: liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery;
12. Perform people management functions;
13. Ensure compliance to policies, legislation and regulations; and,

Person Specifications:
• University degree in Finance and /or Accounting. Minimum 5 years senior management financial experience.
• Professional Accounting qualification prerequisite (Full CPA and / or ACCA)
• MBA in Finance and /or accounting is an added advantage.

• Sound understanding of the Insurance environment within and outside Uganda
