S/he supervises Tutors and other subordinate staff. He lays the foundation for student Nurse Training in both theoretical and clinical setting, with the aim of producing quality Nurses and Midwives. He shares with the other members of the Management the overall responsibility of the management of the 1 aining Institute. He will be a member of the Hospital Management Team (HMT) chaired by the Medical Superintendent.

Desired skills:

• A degree or a Diploma in the relevant health related field of study i.e Nursing, Midwifery, Psychiatry, Public Health and Comprehensive Nursing.

•    Must have a degree or a Diploma in Medical Education (Tutorship)

•    Registered and Licensed with the Nurses and Midwives Council.

•    Other relevant supplementary documents proving to have trained in management in different fields, Should also have Good computer skills and Administrative skills
