Position: Project/Contract Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1 (one)
Reports to: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify human and material resources to be mobilized to achieve the objectives set out in the contractual agreement signed with the client
• Ensure continuous monitoring of project progress against forecast documents.
• Manage the contractual arrangements with the client, ‘particularly in terms of billing services.
• Manage contracts for all providers and suppliers, subcontractors, internal and external to the company.
• Manage relationships with all regulatory bodies mandated by the client.
• Interface with all external stakeholders in the project, dealer networks and other jurisdictions.
• To provide general management, reporting, advice and assistance on all technical and financial issues, and periodically as needed.
• Ensure compliance with work related HSE company policy guidelines;standards and as may be required by the client.
• Any other related duties assigned by Senior Management

Requirement:
Key Qualifications and Work Experience:
• At least an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution. Certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) shall have an added advantage.
• At least 1 2 years’ experience in the management of various major roads & infrastructure development projects
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects in the oil and gas sectors is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary, multicultural team
• African experience in preferred
• Must have strong decision making abilities especially in crisis under pressure.
• Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the use of various project management computer applications

Position: Quantity Surveyor/Planning Engineer ;

Unties and Responsibilities:
• Generate unit rates for construction works
• Document all site measurements and prepare interim payment applications
• Preparation of procurement schedules to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Plan, monitor, and control complex projects, especially in terms of cost and time.
• Develop project schedules, monitor actual project progress against the baseline plans and in case of delays, develop measures to mitigate their effects so as to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Estimate resource quantities and costs, and integrate them into the project schedule to ensure better control of resource acquisition and usage.
• Assist the Country Manager during tender preparation including estimation of unit rates; preparation of the technical work method statement; preparation of occupational health, safety, environmental and quality assurance plans; and preparation of risk assessment plans.
• Ensure compliance with work related HSE company policy guidelines, standards and as may be required by the client.

Position: Surveyor/CAD Engineer
Number of Vacancies: 1 (one)
Reports to: Project/Contract Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with providing surveying services on construction projects to produce results which will meet client expectations and desired specifications.
• Survey the surface of the earth to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other surveying related purposes.
• Determine elevations, mark points of measurement, measure distances, place stakes, clear obstructions, transmit, process, and retrieve survey data through the use of computer applications.
• Construction staking, various surveys, data collection, GPS, GIS mapping, construction observation, field investigation, and field review.
• Provide surveying services with accuracy, on time and under budget.
• Analysing all field survey data and plotting the data for purposes of determining earthworks quantities to be used by the Quantity Survey/Planning Engineer when preparing Payment Certificates.
• Drafting detailed project drawings as instructed by the Client
• Setting our all construction levels of the designed works during construction using a total station and /or dumpy level
• Checking survey related works to determine whether they are in accordance with the contract drawings using CAD software such as Eagle Point and/or Civil CAD
• Carrying out Topographic surveys of both existing and new proposed infrastructure development projects
• Ensure compliance with work related HSE company policy guidelines, standards and as may be required by the client.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project/Contract Manager

Requirement:
Key Qualifications and Work Experience:
• At least a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years’ experience on major roads & infrastructure development projects

Position: Procurement Officer
Number of Vacancies: 1 (one)
Reports to: General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry-out the procurement of goods and services bused on agreed specifications in line with procurement policies and guidelines.
• Compile procurement requirements, verifying and preparing documents on a timely basis in line with the departmental business plan.
• Carry-out vendor surveys and analysis, appraise and rate existing suppliers in line with the departmental business plan.
• Process and forward to financial accounts department, supplier payment documents for goods and services
• Carry-out disposal of fixed assets and observe inventory in line with the company’s policy on asset disposal.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports procurement activities in accordance organizational policies and procedures.
• Any other duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirement:
Key Qualifications and Work Experience:
• At least an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from a recognised institution. Professional qualification, such as CIPS is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years Hands on experience In implementing procurement and supply chain related activities logistics preferably in public/private organization
• Good negotiation and communication
• Should be computer literate
