Job Description:

• Manage & develop Human Resources through training, placement, performance appraisal etc • Implement and update HRM systems in terms of bank’s human Resource policy

• Deal with matters pertaining to industrial relations, conciliations, industrial court cases, labor office issues etc relating to staff Requirements: Must possess personal attributes e.g. Solid writing, editing and oral communication/ excellent human relations skills and proven ability to build & maintain strong relationship

Qualification:

• A MBA/ post Graduate / Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum Second Class (Upper) from a recognized University/ Reputable institute. Preference will be given to candidates who has secured first

Experience:

• Candidates having 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource in large/ medium organizations preferably in banking sector/ financial institutions shall be preferred. In deserving cases relaxation can be considered

Age:

maximum of 35 years

Our Client CNOOC Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the above vacancy;

Primary function:

Generating prospects, assessing reserves and risks. Closely monitor drilling operations and evaluate drilling results.
Duties and Responsibilities:

?Generates prospects and leads for the exploration drilling campaign in CNOOC Uganda Area (Block 3A) and other areas such as Kanywataba.
Assist the Senior Geologist in conducting any geological studies.
Performs operational jobs during the drilling operation and prepares progress reports and the final well report.
Verify execution of the exploration program, coordinates important exploration plan, and carries out analysis of the seismic operation and drilling program.
Assists in preparing prospects and leads status report for WP&B and others.
Utilize exploration software and hardware to support geological activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Geology or Equivalent Degree in Petroleum majoring in Science.
More than 2 years of experience in exploration of oil and gas.
Good command of professional exploration skills and its management.
Familiar with management method of the International exploration project aware of policies of the project.
Aware of the general oil law, policies and regulations.
Excellent improvisation capability.
Good execution capability.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Basic computer skills.
Strong analytical thinking and hard working person.
High confidentiality.
Highly motivated and pursue continuous improvement of the job.
Team spirit and a diligent team player.
Preference will be given to candidates that have overseas and offshore/onshore oil field working experience.

Carry out Geology dynamic data synthesis for the field.?
Participate in geology model building and updating.?
