In accordance with the established Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent will: Primary Duties and Responsibilities ï‚· Manage the Human Resources Services Division, ensuring that comprehensive objectives and work plans are established and met, that resources are efficiently utilized and correct work procedures are followed. Job Summary:

Based in Kampala and reporting to the Programme Officer, the Administrative Officer will provide support in financial management, procurement and administration in respect to the Country Office.

Specific Responsibilities:

Overall office management: maintain stationery, cleaning services, security services, arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, receive, store and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
