Reports to: Human Resource  and  Administration Officer
Function ; Responsible for facilitating effective  operations of the offices
Key outputs/Duties;
•    Oversee cleaning office premises and ensuring that the offices  are properly
•    locked
•    Collecting and delivering office items,documents ,mails and parcels as instructed
•    Photocopying  and binding documents  as instructed
•    Undertaking any other errands  outside the office  as instructed by  the supervisor

Qualifications and experience;
•    Uganda  Advanced  Certificate  of Education  (UACE)  with at least two  principal passes
•    Possession of a valid driving permit  for a motor –cycle
•    Minimum  of  two years working experience  in  the use of heavy duty  photocopying  and binding machines  preferably in a busy  private or public institution
•    Knowledge in Computer is an added advantage

Education & Experience:
• A good relevant degree in numerical sciences such as telecommunications Engineering, maths, physics, or geography from a recognized university with professional qualifications in any of the Civil Aviation disciplines
• At least 12 years relevant working experience, 4 of which must have been at managerial level in an air line or civil aviation disciplines

Or
• A level and a pilot’ license with at least ATPL, flight oversight inspections and flight operations inspections training
• A minimum of 5000 total flying hours

• Sound knowledge of ICAO regulations, procedures and practices
