ICEA_UGANDA is a subsidiary company of Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA) Kenya limited and is looking to recruit commission-based Account executives.

Reporting to the Unit Manager, Life and Pensions Agency, the role is responsible for building and establishing a strong brand identity for ultimate sales and profitability performance.
Key Accountabilities
•Identify markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.
•Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual & corporate client.
•Develop and manage strong and lasting relationships with clients and earn their trust.
•Manage and follow up on the developed accounts.
•Develop, grow and manage the key accounts in the corporate and individual market established.
•Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the unit Manager.

Qualifications and experience
•A good Bachelors degree or more from a reputable institution
•Good knowledge and application of computer programs especially word, Excel & power-point
•Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
•Successful working experience in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions will be an added advantage
•Aged 25 years & above
