Job Title: Office Administrator
Primary responsibilities
Develop , Implement and enforce financial , Human Resources and other administrative policies
Prepare budgets and monitor spending
Manage and employment and employee records for multiple work sites
Process employee pay roll and ensure timely payment wages
Request funds transfer from the US office at regular intervals
Evaluate make requisitions based on budget availability
Coordinate payment of taxes in a timely manner
Review contracts and maintain vendors records
Read and gain a thorough understanding of relevant policies and use them to make informed decisions
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of office management and administration experience , preferably in a non profit or health care organization
Bachelors degree in Business administration , social , sciences or related
High level of profiency I computer, particularly ms office (all products including word excel ., power point
Desired
Extremely organized and able to multi task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enjoys solving problems and overcoming challenges
Ability to work well independently and as part of the team
