What we are looking for
We are in the process of strengthening our Assurance line of service in Uganda and we would like to recruit ambitious, highly motivated and dynamic Managers. The selected candidates will work with multi-disciplinary assignment teams.
For the Manager role:
Demonstrating technical knowledge of Auditing and Accounting.
Excellent analytical skills and commercial expertise.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate with impact.
Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of audit legislation and develop insightful solutions to complex client issues.
Good leadership skills, be an effective team player, excellent management skills and good project management skills.
We are keen to discuss these opportunities with candidates in both public and private sector with relevant work experience in a busy accounting, auditing or IT environment.
The selected candidates will demonstrate the ability to lead and influence teams and work with members of senior management. This is a demanding position with very frequent travel and calls for individuals with strong technical background, good knowledge of auditing & accounting standards and flexibility.
Also required is at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
