Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or business Administration /management and Accounting
10 years working experience of which 5 should have been senior management level
Good project management skills with atleast experience in a commercial enterprise
An advanced degree in MBA OR MSC will be an added advantage
Key result areas
Implement the board policies and stragies
Develop and present the plans and strategies and annual business plans
Manage day to day operationsand play a stewardship role for the companies property
Manage , motivate ,develop and lead members of the management team
Chair management meetings
Develop and implement a risk management plan
The personal attributes
Good interpersonal and coordinational skills
Must be hard working
Excellent verbal communications
Contract four years and a competitive salary
