Job Title : Head of Operations
The head Operation is responsible for managing and directing all technical and maintenance activities and events within the stadium
She is charged with implementing strategy for operational management and development so as to meet on agreed performance plans within agreed budgets and time scales
s/he is charged with assisting the managing director with maintaining the stadium at the standard required FIFA, the inline ministry and the stadium Board
Key competences
A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, stadium Management or related field
Post qualifications training in Leadership for management
At least 5 years working experience
Passion for excellence, accountability, compliance, team building and success
