? Identifying and documenting business requirements and work flows resolve ambiguities and conflicting
business and build consensus among stakeholders.
? Liaising with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to
business processes, policies and information systems.
? Carrying out analysis of business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
? Providing support to directorates by gathering and analyzing data in the establishment and/or
maintenance of corporate business processes.
? Conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation, evaluation reviews and
