Position: Site Engineer
Number of Vacancies : 1 (one)
Reports to: Project/Contract Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing the various site work processes with emphasis on managing and controlling the schedule, time and cost
• Ensuring the proper execution of all site works to meet the design requirement and specifications of the client Ensuring safety of all workers at the Job Site Designing of Temporary Structures Preparing Construction Method Statements for different construction jobs Preparing of site reports
Ensure compliance with work related HSE company policy guidelines, standards and as may be required by the client.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Project/Contract Manager
Requirement:
Key Qualifications and Work Experience:
• At least an Honours Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Civil Engineering or a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• At least 6 years’ hands on experience in the construction supervision of various earthworks and concrete related works on construction sites
• Experience on construction sites in the oil and gas sector will be added advantage. •
• Must have strong decision making abilities especially in crisis under pressure.
• Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Should be computer literate
• Should have a valid driving license
