Job Title: ICT Administrator
Secondary Science and Mathematics Teachers' (SESEMAT) Programme
The SESEMAT Programme under the Ministry of Education and Sports is seeking for applications to fill the full-time post of an ICT Administrator.
Roles and Responsibilities
Administrator shall be:
Development of ICT manuals/modules.
Recommend all procurement needs.
Maintain all the software and hardware.
Prepare and present ICT plan and budget.
Work in collaboration with National Trainers to design INSET training content.
Carry out other ICT tasks as required by the SESEMAT Programme.
Management of the ICT lab
Requirement:
A degree in computer science.
Hardware and software maintenance skills.
Basic programming skills.
Post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
Leadership and communication skills.
At least three (3) years experience in the field of ICT.
Background of any three of the science subjects (Physics, Biology, Chemistry and mathematics) at A-level or a higher level is an added advantage.
Status
Contract-based employment.
Term of Contract: Three (3) years renewable on commendable performance.
Salary and Allowances
Salary and other fringe allowances are attractive.
