Job Title: IT Officer
The HUB-Pajule is a starting social enterprise that supports emerging commercial farmers to transform their farms into thriving micro enterprises. We have the ambition to develop an innovative approach to farmers’ owned commercial farms and their role as key economic actors. The organization was started in March 2012 and to continue its growth we need to fill three positions with individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to drive their careers forward.
IT Officer
At the HUB we are developing an integrated data and information system (HUB IS) using ERP, Farm Record Registration using GPS and a Relations Management System. This system is the IT backbone of our company and a pioneering approach in the sector. As an IT Officer you are connected to and understand the daily business operations. You ensure all hardware and software used for supporting the business operation is running smoothly. You play a supporting role in the development of the HUB IS to support the business. You are also the troubleshooter for all internet, communications and computer systems.
