Low Emissions Capacity Building Project (Ugandan Nationals only)
The United National Development Programme is supporting government of Uganda and her partners to address climate change challenges and implementation of the National Development Plan.
As part of this support, UNDP in collaboration with the European Union (EU has developed the low emissions capacity building project.
The project is part and parcel of the LECB global partnership programme implemented in 25 countries.
The project has been designed to provide capacity building support and expertise in identification, development and implementation of national mitigation efforts, focused on waste management, energy and transport sectors.

Starting Date: 1 November 2012 (date when the selected candidate is expected to start)
Duration of Contract: 1 year
