Job Title: Contracts Engineer
CNOOC Uganda Limited is seeking to employ suitable applicants to fill the vacant post above.
Responsibilities
• Participate and perform all procurement –related activities including but not limited to market survey, pre-qualification, establishment of bidders list, preparation of RFP package, RFP releasing , bid receiving , bid opening , bid evaluation , clarification , RTA, preparation and contract execution .
• Participate in Contractor Management.
• Responsible for contract maintenance, document control and other post award administration issues .
Knowledge
• Due experience in Contracts and Procurement .
• Knowledge in Engineering , energy industry and machinery .
• Knowledgeable in business administration and analysis of commercials and finances
