Qualifications
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in Economics , Statistics and Qualitative Economics from a recognized Institution plus a minimum of a Post graduate qualifications in planning and management from a recognized institution.
Experience
• Should have at least six years of working experience as a Planner three of which should have been at Senior Level in public or reputable organization.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant posts in the following areas ; Applicants should attach three sets of certified academic certificates , transcripts plus three recent passport photographs i.e should be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Form No 3(revised 2008) to the Secretary District Service Commission .
