Job Title: District Liaison Officer
Peoples Performance Group is seeking to recruit qualified candidates who fill competitive enough for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing the monitoring and implementation of the compliance practices in line with PLAN, USAID guidelines for all district related funding from NU-HITES
• Responsible for payments during NU-HITES district supported activities and ensuring proper accountabilities are received for all funds advanced .
• Carry out financial monitoring visits to strengthen Financial Management of NU-HITES supported activities by district stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in B-Com, BBA, or related fields
• 2 years relevant experience working with USAID or similar donor funded Projects .
• Professional training on or experience with related field would be an added advantage .
• Knowledge and experience of working in the socio-economic and political content of northern Uganda
• Demonstrable abilities in planning and coordination
